The Software Developer is involved in all areas of development from design to development to testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Compensation based on experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faith and purpose-based career opportunity!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fully paid health benefits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retirement and Life Insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 paid holidays PLUS birthday<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lunch is provided DAILY.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional Development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paid Training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reporting to the Software Development Manager, the responsibilities of the Software Developer include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Working on a team to develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business applications built on Microsoft technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting in the collection and documentation of user&#8217;s requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing, refining, and tuning integrations between applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing second-level support to end users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>College or university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1-3+ years of related professional work experience designing, programming, and supporting software applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Desirable<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Application development experience with .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, React, CSS, HTML, Dapper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency with APIs, WebAPI, REST-based web services (SOA), SQL Server, or similar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Core Competency Requirements <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid understanding of relational database design and querying concepts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pay<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commensurate with qualifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Work Location<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hybrid local candidates preferred, Remote possible for out of Northeast Ohio area candidates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Christian Healthcare Ministries<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Founded in 1981, Christian Healthcare Ministries (CHM) is a health care sharing ministry for Christians.
