Candidates who enjoy engaging with people and are servant-minded are best suited for this role. The role also encourages the opportunity to minister to members by praying with them and providing spiritual encouragement to their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attend member inquiries via phone and email with time sensitivity in mind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify and\/or update member information as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attract prospects by answering questions and giving suggestions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make recommendations to obtain membership when appropriate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review member concerns and provide escalation to management when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure guidelines are communicated clearly and concisely.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to offer emotional support and empathy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thrive in a team environment and work well with others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer services standards of CHM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Always maintain a professional demeanor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Required: HS Diploma or equivalency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to operate a PC, including working with information systems\/applications (Gift Manager)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience with Microsoft Office programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience operating routine office equipment (i.e., faxes, copy machines, printers, multi-line telephones, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills along with active listening to provide exceptional customer service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to organize workloads and multi-task.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other job duties as assigned by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>9am-5pm, Monday through Friday<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":{"0":"post-1866","1":"career","2":"type-career","3":"status-publish","5":"entry"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.5 -
